Our Team
Clarke Whitney was born and raised in Bremerton, Washington. He graduated from West Bremerton High School in 1969. Clarke began his accounting career in 1973 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. He graduated with a B.A. Degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1978. Clarke's experience includes a broad range of services.
Always active in his community, Clarke is the President of the Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce and past board member of the United Way of Kitsap County and Bremerton Rotary Club. He also is a member of both the Washington State CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.
Clarke enjoys basketball, tennis, skiing and golf. He and his wife Mindy have two sons and live near Silverdale, Washington.

Nancy Conrad graduated with a B.S. Degree in Accounting in 1985 from City University. In 1987 she was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Nancy has extensive experience in all types of tax and accounting services, payroll services, computer systems conversion, bookkeeper hiring, divorce litigation, and estate services. She has been an employee of the firm since 1992.
Nancy is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She has completed the core courses for a Masters Degree in Business. She has been a board member for several non-profit community service organizations.
Nancy is a Washington native who has resided in Kitsap County with her husband Walter since 1980. Nancy is also a published poet.
